3 steps to Big Brother: how to get incredibly cheap Video conferencing
Long gone are the days when video conferencing cost premium rates. With component prices and communication costs hitting an all-time low, and speedy internet access becoming the norm, Video Conferencing has never been so affordable. Here are three steps you need to follow to getting incredibly cheap video conferencing:
1) Purchase a decent webcam and a decent microphone. Some webcams come with integrated microphone, but it is always better to get a desktop microphone.
2) Install Instant Messaging software – Yahoo and Microsoft both have versions of this type of tool that you can download. Alternatively, you can use the latest version of Skype, which offers video conferencing.
3) Make sure that the person on the other end of the line also has a webcam, a microphone, and a broadband internet access.
